Refund policy

Last updated: September 9, 2025

At Fairground Digital, we are committed to delivering professional, high-quality digital services, including e-commerce development, digital marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, creative content services, and related digital solutions (the “Services”).

Because of the nature of our work—custom strategy, creative execution, and implementation—all payments made for Services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This policy ensures fairness for both parties and aligns with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Before Work Begins

If a client chooses to cancel a project before any work has started, a refund may be issued minus any applicable administrative or onboarding fees.

In Progress & Termination

  • If a project is terminated by the client after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the date of termination.
  • Fairground Digital may terminate services for non-payment or breach of Terms of Service.

Revisions & Dissatisfaction

We aim to ensure client satisfaction. If deliverables do not meet expectations, we will work in good faith to revise them within the original project scope.

Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be granted in cases where delays or issues arise due to the client’s failure to:

  • Provide required content, materials, or feedback by agreed deadlines (as outlined in the Service Agreement and Terms of Service).
  • Supply content that meets ownership and rights requirements (clients are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe third-party rights).

Ownership & Deliverables

Final deliverables, including websites, campaigns, and creative assets, are transferred to the client only upon full payment. Until that point, ownership remains with Fairground Digital, as stated in our Terms of Service.

Privacy & Security Considerations

Payment information is processed securely by trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and Shopify. Fairground Digital does not directly store sensitive payment details. However, our payment processors may securely retain your payment information to facilitate future transactions (such as recurring services, additional project work, or outstanding balances). All such information is managed in accordance with their security standards and our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is part of our overall Service Agreement and Terms of Service. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Florida and resolved in Miami, FL through negotiation or binding arbitration.
